    Frequently Asked Questions

We generally require a copy of the approved plan and our service agreement being completed. If these are not options, please contact us via email or phone and we can discuss alternatives. Otherwise use our easy sign up process through the website.

A Plan manager supports the participant/nominee in managing their NDIS funds. This means handling the day-to-day financial administration of the plan, which includes paying invoices and maintaining paperwork. We also provide monthly updates to keep you in tune with the funds remaining in your budget.

Check your NDIS approved plan for “Improved Life Choices” which is under the Capacity Building support budget. If this is present, then yes, the plan has funds available to pay a plan manager. If not please get in contact with us and we can advise how you can have this added to your plan.

We work with the participant and nominee to ensure payments are processed in accordance with our individual agreement. We can receive invoices directly from suppliers / providers and pay them within 2-3 business days or we can setup an approval process through our app where you have the option to approve each invoice. This means you get to decide how much involvement you would like in the process.

NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits (previously the NDIS Price Guide) assist participants and disability support providers to understand the way that price controls for supports and services work in the NDIS. Price regulation is in place to ensure that participants receive value for money in the supports that they receive.

The Support Catalogue lists all the available supports those providers can use when lodging a payment request. It also provides information on the current (and previous) price limits for each support item and indicates which claim types (travel, non-face-to-face, etc.) apply for each price-limited support item.

Price limits are the maximum prices that registered providers can charge NDIS participants for specific supports. Participants and providers can negotiate lower prices. NDIS pricing arrangements and price limits must be followed when supports are delivered to NDIA-managed or plan-managed participants.

For more detailed information please refer to the Price Guide. (https://www.ndis.gov.au/providers/pricing-arrangements)

No this is not our role. We do not have authority to say what supports or services are considered reasonable and necessary. Only the participant and the NDIS Delegate can make this call. What we are entrusted with is to ensure the funds are spent in accordance with the plan. This means ensuring the correct budget is available and utilised within the NDIS price guide and relevant NDIS rules.
