Meet The Team

Jarrod, Relationship Manager
I have been fortunate enough in working as a Planner and as a Local Area Coordinator through the partners in the community arrangements. With this experience I bring a diverse approach and contribution to the passionate team at Manage Mode. My mission is to positively contribute and add meaningful and purposeful interactions to our participants. I feel we need to work together to achieve the best outcomes.
I approach all interactions and operate with my favourite quote in mind – “Be kind. For everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about.”
Matt Wilson, Relationship Manager
Working in this sector is more than a job to me – It’s a calling. My passion is deeply rooted in the belief that every individual deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. With many years of professional and lived experience in the NDIS, my mission is to support participants, their families, and support networks to navigate the complexity of the NDIS and to get the most out of their NDIS plans. Being part of the Manage Mode team is a privilege, and I believe through collaboration and effective communication with the various stakeholders involved we can empower our participants to achieve their NDIS goals.

Marc, Plan Consultant
Working alongside the talented, passionate, and genuinely caring professionals within the NDIS is highly rewarding for me. Having the opportunity to use my background in accounting to be able to have some input in this crucial and socially responsible space has been an absolute dream and something I am proud of.
Thinking outside the box and going the extra mile to investigate and research NDIS compliance and policy requirements brings me great joy as it can lead to exceeded expectations and our clients’ accessing supports that are critical in helping them to achieve their goals.
Charlotte, Plan Consultant
Working as a Plan Manager at Manage Mode has given me the opportunity to create positive impacts for our participants and the talented professionals we work alongside with.
I previously worked as a Corporate Receptionist, Senior Administrator and Business Services Co-Ordinator. My sense of commitment to assist within the disability sector has led me to a fulfilling and gratifying career that aligns with my passion and values.
Having recently completed a Certificate IV Mental Health, I continue utilising this along with my developed skills to provide an inclusive level of service with compassion and integrity.

Sophie Chaplin, Plan Consultant
Rose, Plan Consultant
I bring my experience and knowledge from the Youth, disability and Community Services sector with a Cert IV in Community Services. I have also had the privilege of working with our CALD and first nations communities in various capacities.
I have an enthusiasm for collaborating and networking with others and providing a person-centred approach is an important part of all my client interactions as a Plan Consultant with Manage Mode.
The NDIS can sometimes feel like a mine field for participants, their supports and providers. As my role, I hope to alleviate some of that stress and assist as best as I can , with the knowledge and experience I have gained across the various sectors.
